Zerine

Overview

Zerine runs the General Store in Starsand Town and is the mentor for the Crafting profession. She is shy and timid but deeply skilled at making things. The General Store is one of the first shops you will visit. It sells tools, materials, and the largest selection of blueprints on the island. If you focus on crafting early, Zerine will be one of the first townspeople you interact with after Solara.

Zerine is one of 15 romanceable characters. Her quiet, dedicated personality appeals to players who enjoy a slow-burn romance where trust is built through shared creative work.

Personality

Zerine is reserved, hardworking, and deeply passionate about her craft. She tends to stay behind the counter or in her basement workshop rather than socializing around town. She is not unfriendly. Just genuinely shy. Once she warms up to you, she reveals a dry sense of humor and a genuine excitement about crafting techniques. Her dedication to her store and her mentor role means she is always available when you need help with blueprints or materials.

Where to find Zerine

Zerine is usually in the main part of the General Store, northeast of your starting home. If she is not there, check the basement (door around the back) where she has a small workshop. She might also be upstairs in her apartment, but you need at least 3 hearts before you can enter.

The General Store is open 24 hours: the only shop on the island with round-the-clock hours (alongside the Soluna Cafe Lodge). Self-checkout terminals are available even when Zerine is not at the counter.

How to track Zerine

Once you have interacted with Zerine, her contact appears in your phone's Social app.

• Locate: Shows her current position on the map and draws a route to get there.

• Follow: Tracks her movements in real time. Her location appears as a flag that moves with her.

General Store shop

The General Store is the most important shop in the game for blueprints and crafting supplies. It is open 24 hours and has the widest inventory of any vendor.

Key blueprint categories

The Equipment Blueprint Pack should be your very first purchase. The Separator alone is essential for almost every cooking recipe. Zerine also sells Hot Spring Tickets (100 coins each) and various crafting materials.

Quests and role

As the Crafting Mentor, Zerine certifies you through the Crafter profession tiers: Apprentice, Junior, Intermediate, Senior, and Expert. Visit the General Store to begin the crafting questline.

She posts Bulletin Board requests that grant between 15 and 25 Affection Points when completed. She is also frequently involved in Loren's quests, as the two often fix arcade machines together.

Romance

Zerine triggers a special meet-cute cutscene the first time you interact with her. Her romance arc revolves around building trust with someone who is deeply private. As your Affection grows, she shares more about her passion for crafting and her hidden ambitions for the General Store.

At Heart Level 3, you can enter her apartment above the General Store (stairs to the left of the building), which contains a treasure chest with exclusive decor. At Heart Level 5, you can ask her to move in with you. She will then help around the farm, clearing debris, tending animals, and watering plants.
