Overview
The Realm Box is a shared inventory system in Starsand Island, similar to Minecraft's Ender Chest. Any items placed in one Realm Box are accessible from every other Realm Box on the island. Build multiple Realm Boxes at different locations and you have a network of connected storage that follows you everywhere.
How to unlock
The Realm Box blueprint unlocks at Intermediate Crafter tier in the Crafting profession. Complete the Intermediate certification quest from Zerine to gain access. The blueprint is then available at Zerine's General Store.

The Realm Box costs:
5 Alloy
5 Starflare Core
3 Spirit Cube I
6 Hardwood Plank
Most of these materials come from the Moonlit Forest. You will need to progress the Exploration profession alongside Crafting to gather the components.
Capacity
The Realm Box starts at 48 slots and can be expanded to 72 slots and beyond by paying upgrade costs in Spirit Cubes and Starflare Crystals.
How to use
Craft a Realm Box at your workbench (Tier II or higher)
Place it as furniture on your building zone, or carry it in your inventory
Portable access: The Realm Box can be opened directly from your Equipment tab (right-click, then "Open"), you do not need to place it down first
Everything placed inside is shared across all Realm Boxes. Build additional ones at other locations for convenient access.
Strategic uses

Fishing trips | Place a Realm Box near your favorite fishing spot. Stash fish without running home, then retrieve them from the Realm Box at your farm. |
Mining runs | Build one near the Moonlit Forest entrance. Dump ores and materials between trips into the dungeon without filling your inventory. |
Multi-location farming | If you have crop fields in different areas, a Realm Box at each lets you access seeds and tools without carrying everything. |
Processing stations | A recent patch made processing devices (Furnace, Cutter, etc.) recognize items stored in the Realm Box, so you can process directly from shared storage. |

Tips
Build your first Realm Box at home, and your second near the Moonlit Forest entrance. These are the two locations where you most need shared access.
The Realm Box is one of the most useful things you can build at Intermediate Crafter. Prioritize it over other Tier II unlocks.
Use Realm Boxes to keep emergency supplies (food, ammo, medicine) available wherever you are on the island.
