Overview
The Quick Shipping Box is a buildable station in Starsand Island that lets you sell items directly from your Hopeland property without traveling to a shop. Place items inside the box, and payment is delivered to your account the next morning. The blueprint costs 3,500 Coins from Zerine's General Store and becomes available through the Crafter profession questline. While it sells items at standard shop prices (100% value, not the Merchant Ship's 200%), the time savings make it one of the most valuable convenience items in the game.
How to Unlock
The Quick Shipping Box blueprint is purchased from Zerine at the General Store for 3,500 Coins. It becomes available alongside the Request Board Blueprint as you progress through the Crafter profession questline. You need to have advanced past the Apprentice Crafter tier to access it.
Crafting Recipe
The Shipping Box is crafted at a Worktable (Worktable I or higher).
Material | Quantity | How to Obtain |
|---|---|---|
Iron Sheets | 6 | Convert Iron Ingots at the Cutter II. Iron Ingots are smelted from Iron Ore (Moonlit Forest) at the Furnace. |
Radiant Crystals | 3 | Craft at Furnace I using 3 Fluorite (mined in the Moonlit Forest) + 1 Charcoal (from the Charcoal Kiln). |
Hardwood Planks | 6 | Process 4 Hardwood per plank at the Cutter II. Hardwood comes from medium and large trees on the island. |
Gears | 3 | Craft at the Gear Smith using 1 Tin Ingot per Gear. Tin Ingots are smelted from Tin Ore (Moonlit Forest). |
Sub-Component Crafting Chain
For players who need to craft everything from scratch, here is the full production chain:
Mine Iron Ore, Fluorite, and Tin Ore in the Moonlit Forest.
Chop trees for Hardwood and Softwood (for Charcoal).
Process Softwood into Charcoal at the Charcoal Kiln.
Smelt Iron Ore into Iron Ingots, Tin Ore into Tin Ingots, and Fluorite + Charcoal into Radiant Crystals at the Furnace.
Cut Iron Ingots into Iron Sheets and Hardwood into Hardwood Planks at the Cutter II.
Process Tin Ingots into Gears at the Gear Smith.
Assemble all materials at the Worktable.
How Selling Works
Place items into the Shipping Box by interacting with it and transferring items from your inventory.
Payment is delivered the next morning (overnight processing).
Items sell at standard shop prices (100% value). This is the same price you would get selling at Zerine's General Store or any other shop register.
The Shipping Box does NOT sell at the Merchant Ship's 200% markup. Save your highest-value items (rare fish, premium cooked dishes, processed goods) for the weekly Merchant Ship visit on Mondays.
There is no limit to how many items you can place in the box per day.
Comparison: Selling Methods
Method | Price | Convenience | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|
Shop Register | 100% (standard) | Must travel to town, shop must be open | Immediate payment when you need Coins now |
Quick Shipping Box | 100% (standard) | Sell from home, payment next morning | Bulk sales of common items, daily crop harvests, inventory management |
Merchant Ship | 200% (double) | Available Mondays only at Starsand Port, weekly reset | Highest-value items: rare fish, premium dishes, processed goods |
Tips
Craft the Shipping Box as early as possible. The 3,500 Coin blueprint pays for itself within a week of use through time saved.
Use the Shipping Box for daily bulk sales of crops, processed ingredients, and common crafting materials. This keeps your inventory and storage chests clean.
Save your most valuable items for the Merchant Ship on Mondays. The 200% markup on expensive items far outweighs the convenience of the Shipping Box.
Place the Shipping Box near your storage chests and crafting stations for quick access during your daily routine.
The Request Board Blueprint becomes available at the same time from Zerine's shop. Build both for maximum home base convenience.
