He is the grandfather of Solara, who serves as his official assistant at the Community Center in Starsand Town. The Mayor is a non-romanceable NPC who operates mostly behind the scenes, with Solara handling most of the day-to-day player-facing interactions.

Players will interact with Solara far more frequently than with the Mayor directly. When you do encounter the Mayor, his dialogue is welcoming but reserved, acknowledging the player's return to the island while expressing hope that they will contribute to its growth.

The Mayor is Solara's paternal grandfather. After completing her university studies, Solara returned to Starsand Island to help her grandfather manage the town, taking on the role of Mayor's Assistant at the Community Center.

The Mayor's family connection to Solara is central to the game's early narrative. When the player character returns to the island after roughly ten years away, Solara is one of the first familiar faces they encounter. Their childhood friendship and Solara's role at the Community Center make the Mayor's family an important part of the player's reintroduction to island life.

The Mayor recognizes the player character from their childhood visits to the island. His dialogue during the early game reflects a welcoming but reserved personality, acknowledging the player's return while expressing hope that they will contribute to the island's growth.

Daily Schedule

His schedule may shift during seasonal events and festivals, where he can sometimes be found at the event location overseeing preparations. During the Beach Festival and Chinese New Year Festival, the Mayor may appear at the event grounds with special dialogue options.

The Mayor does not participate in the standard gift and friendship system that most other named NPCs use. He does not have documented gift preferences, a birthday, or a heart level system. Player interaction with the Mayor is limited to story events, Community Center dialogue, and festival appearances.
