Neona overview
Neona is a romanceable NPC in Starsand Island who runs the G-Power Bike vehicle and customization shop near Half-Moon Bay. She is the island's premier mechanic and the go-to person for buying, renting, and customizing vehicles. Neona is a former motorcycle club leader who grew up at sea with her grandfather, where she developed her passion for machinery and tinkering. She transitioned from biker gang leader to shop owner on the island. Described as "the ultimate cool girl," Neona is glamorous but tough, direct, bold, and confident. She peppers her speech with occasional Cantonese slang. She lives in the apartment above G-Power Bike.
Where to find Neona
Neona is almost always at or near her shop, G-Power Bike, located on the main road near Half-Moon Bay on the island's south shore overlooking the beach. Her bedroom is directly above the shop.

Neona rarely strays far from her shop. She is one of the easier NPCs to find and interact with consistently.
How to track Neona
After your first interaction, Neona appears on the Social app on your in-game phone. Open the Social tab and tap her portrait to see her exact location marker on the map. Use the Locate button to set a waypoint or Follow to track her in real time. You can also use the map's Residents tracking feature.
Gift preferences
Gifts are the main way to raise affection with Neona. You can give one gift per day. Items are grouped by affection value:

G-Power Bike shop
Neona's shop is the only vehicle dealer on the island. She sells finished vehicles for immediate use, vehicle blueprints for self-assembly (cheaper), and offers a rental system for budget players.

Rental system
Neona also runs a vehicle rental system for players who cannot afford to buy:

Rental mopeds are parked at various points around the island; rental bikes sit outside G-Power Bike

Mount hiring (horses, etc.) costs roughly 15-30 coins per hour as an alternative to vehicle rentals
Personality and backstory
Neona is the "ultimate cool girl" of Starsand Island. She is glamorous but tough, with a direct and bold communication style. She grew up at sea with her grandfather, which sparked her love of machinery and tinkering with engines. Before coming to the island, she led a motorcycle club. Traces of that rebellious past show in her confidence and her love of fast rides along Starsand's coastal cliffs. She speaks with occasional Cantonese slang and has a no-nonsense approach to both business and relationships. Her hobbies include motorcycle rides, engine tinkering, and researching new power sources using the island's renewable resources.
Romance
Neona is fully romanceable. Her romance path progresses through the 5-heart system. At 5 Hearts (750 points), you can invite her to move into your farm at Hopeland. Once moved in, Neona helps with vehicle maintenance and provides daily tips about the island's mechanical systems. As of Early Access, the romance system includes daily gifting, photo sessions (2+ hearts), and the move-in feature. Heart events and marriage mechanics may be added in future updates.
Tips
Copper ore is the easiest favorite gift to stockpile. Mine rocks everywhere you go and save copper specifically for Neona visits
She likes raw ores (Copper, Tin, Quartz) but dislikes processed ingots. Do not smelt her gifts
The Bamboo Raft blueprint at 300 coins is the cheapest way to get water travel. Buy it first before saving for land vehicles
Vehicle blueprints save roughly 60-65% compared to finished vehicles, but you need crafting materials and Worktable access
Visit between 8 AM and 10 PM for guaranteed shop access and conversation
Use the Social app's Locate button to set a waypoint to Neona if she is not at the shop
