Overview
Starsand Island features full voice acting in three languages: English, Japanese, and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional). All dialogue, friendship events, and romance scenes are voiced. The game launched with voice lines for the 15 romanceable characters plus supporting NPCs. The voice language can be changed independently from the text language in the settings menu.
Japanese voice cast

English voice cast
The English voice cast was previewed in a Steam announcement titled "Meet Our Stellar Voice Cast" and a YouTube reveal video before launch. The game features full English voice acting for all 15 romanceable characters and supporting NPCs.
Two confirmed English VAs come from the My Time at Portia crossover characters:
Ginger: Ariel Marie Highwind (reprising her role from My Time at Portia)
Gust: DJ Horn (reprising his role from My Time at Portia)
Complete English VA-to-character pairings for the 15 main romanceable NPCs have not been individually documented in publicly available sources yet. The game credits screen lists the full cast, but external guides have not transcribed it in detail.
Chinese voice cast
The game supports full Chinese voice acting in both Simplified and Traditional Chinese. Characters have Chinese names in this localization. Specific Chinese voice actor credits have not been published in available external sources. The in-game credits include the full Chinese cast.
