When the shop is closed, Sylvain is typically upstairs in his bedroom above the store (accessible via stairs on the left side of the building once you reach 3 hearts).
Outside of shop hours, Sylvain sometimes visits his cousin Stella or his close friend Serena. You can track his location at any time using the phone's Social app (Locate or Follow) once you have interacted with him.

The Record Player Blueprint is one of the first things worth buying from Sylvain. Once you build the Record Player, you can place it anywhere on your farm and swap records to change the background music. It is a popular quality-of-life purchase.

Visit Silvan Notes during shop hours (8 AM to 10 PM) for the most reliable way to find Sylvain. He rarely wanders far from the shop during the day.
