Serena

Overview

Serena is a cosmetologist who runs Bloom Atelier, the beauty salon in Starsand Town. Before coming to Starsand Island, she worked as Stella's personal stylist and stage manager during Stella's career as a pop idol. When Stella retired from the entertainment industry and moved to the island, Serena followed her best friend and used her professional styling skills to open Bloom Atelier.

Serena is one of 15 romanceable characters. Her polished exterior hides deeper creative ambitions and a vulnerability that unfolds as your relationship grows.

Personality

Serena is polished, composed, and sociable on the surface. She is one of the best people to get to know when you first arrive on the island, since she knows practically everyone and will share her opinions openly. She is a talented designer, musician, and artist, and she often leaves sketches around in strange places. Beneath her graceful exterior, she harbors hidden creative dreams that she keeps from the world. Her romance storyline revolves around finding the confidence to chase those ambitions.

Where to find Serena

Serena can usually be found at Bloom Atelier on the north side of Starsand Town. The salon is open from 08:00 to 22:00.

Her bedroom is located above Bloom Atelier, but you need at least 3 hearts (370 AP) before you can go up.

How to track Serena

Once you have interacted with Serena, her contact appears in your phone's Social app.

• Locate: Shows her current position on the map and draws a route to get there.

• Follow: Tracks her movements in real time. Her location appears as a flag that moves with her.

Each heart level requires cumulative Affection Points and unlocks new features. You can give one gift per day (plus bonus points from Bulletin Board requests).

Bloom Atelier

Bloom Atelier is the island's beauty salon. Unlike other shops, it does not sell items or blueprints, instead, it offers character customization services. Players can change their hairstyle, hair color, makeup, eye color, and pupil shape at any time by visiting Serena during shop hours.

Additional hairstyles from the Classic European DLC and other cosmetic packs are also accessible through Bloom Atelier's Makeup menu.

Quests and role

Serena is not a profession mentor. She is involved in the "The Lost Makeup" quest, where the player finds a makeup pattern and returns it to her. She also posts Bulletin Board requests that grant between 15 and 25 Affection Points when completed.

Each heart level unlocks new story chapters and slice-of-life side quests related to her character arc. Discovering her authentic self and supporting her hidden design aspirations beyond running the salon.

Romance

Serena triggers a special meet-cute cutscene the first time you encounter her. Her romance arc centers on the contrast between her outward polished persona and her inner creative ambitions. As your Affection grows, she opens up about her dreams and her deep friendship with Stella. Investing time in her story means helping her find the confidence to pursue what she truly wants.

At Heart Level 3, you can enter her bedroom above Bloom Atelier, which contains a treasure chest with exclusive decor. At Heart Level 5, you can ask her to move in with you. She will then help around the farm. Clearing debris, tending animals, and watering plants.
