The Happiness Seed Shop is the island's dedicated farming supply store, run by Graminova, the Farmer profession mentor. Located in Starsand Town next to Ethereal Styles, near the plaza across from the General Store. Open 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.

What it sells

• Seeds: All crop types, with availability gated by your current Farmer certification rank

• Fertilizers: Ripening Fertilizer (shortens growth time) and Yield Fertilizer (increases harvest amount)

• Pesticides: For protecting crops from pests

• Farming blueprints: Equipment plans that unlock as you advance Farmer rank

• Apprentice: Fertilizer Box I

• Junior: Fertilizer Box II, Jam Maker, Brewing Barrel, Sprinkler I

• Intermediate: Fertilizer Box III, Pickling Jar, Mechanical Tiller, Sprinkler II, tree saplings

• Senior: Fertilizer Box IV, Powered Hoe, Hydraulic Hoe, Pressurized Sprinkler, Grinder (process crops into seeds instead of buying them), flower seeds

• Expert: Fertilizer Box V, Greenhouse Building Manual (grow crops year-round regardless of season), exotic crop seeds (Stardew Fern, Star Mango)

Fertilizer types

• Ripening Fertilizer: Reduces crop growth time. Apply before or during growth

• Yield Fertilizer: Increases the number of items harvested per crop

Both fertilizer types stack with sprinkler systems. Higher-tier Fertilizer Boxes allow you to produce better fertilizer at home instead of buying it.

Graminova

Graminova holds a PhD in botanical studies and is calm, quiet, and extremely serious about plants. She can be found at the shop counter or in her family garden above the shop. Her bedroom is upstairs. Her favorite gift is Wheat Seeds. She loves Cucumber. She likes Wheat, Coconut, and Chilled Twilight Salad. She dislikes Feather, Veggie Bait, and Softwood. Graminova is fully romanceable.

Tips

• Seed availability is gated by Farmer rank. Advance your profession to unlock more profitable crops

• The Grinder (Senior tier) eliminates the need to buy seeds by converting harvested crops back into seeds

• The Greenhouse (Expert tier) is a game-changer. Grow any crop in any season, year-round

• Sprinkler I (Junior tier) is an early priority. It saves enormous time on daily watering

• The Senior tier unlocks flower seeds for cross-breeding and hydrangea growing
