Overview
The Community Center is a public building on the east side of the Starsand Town plaza. It is where Solara works, where the Bulletin Board posts daily requests, and where profession certifications get processed. If Starsand Town has a center of gravity for progression, this is it.
You will visit the Community Center regularly throughout the game. The Bulletin Board alone is reason enough to check in every morning, and Solara's role as profession certifier ties all five mentor quest chains back to this building.
Location
East side of the Starsand Town plaza, in the central part of the island's main settlement. It is a prominent building near the plaza that you pass on your way to most other shops.

Solara
Solara is the mayor's granddaughter and your childhood friend. She greets you when you first arrive on the island, teaches you the basics of crafting in your garden, and then operates out of the Community Center for the rest of the game. She fills three roles:
Item | Description |
|---|---|
Tutorial guide | she walks you through your first day, including crafting basics and how to use the phone. |
Profession certifier | after you earn a profession certificate from one of the five mentors, you return to Solara to receive a recruitment bonus. |
Event coordinator | she organizes seasonal events like the Beach Festival (Summer 25 through 27). |
Solara is one of the 15 romanceable characters. Her favorite gifts include Dragon Fruit, Twilight Succulent, and Wishful Heart Cookies. She dislikes Pickled Water Spinach, Celeb Moth, and Wheat.
The Bulletin Board
The Bulletin Board sits just outside the Community Center and is the island's daily quest system. It refreshes every morning at 6:00 AM with up to 4 NPC requests. Each request is a personal order from a local resident asking for a specific item, whether it is a gathered material, a caught fish, or a crafted product.
How requests work
Check the Bulletin Board at 6:00 AM to see the day's requests.
Each request shows the item needed, the requesting NPC, and a star rating (higher stars mean better rewards).
Gather or craft the requested item.
Deliver it to the NPC who placed the request.
Receive your reward: Coins, Affection points with that NPC, and Starsand Points.
Most requests have a same-day time limit, so check the board early and prioritize what you can realistically complete.
Rewards
Completing Bulletin Board requests is one of the most reliable income sources in the game. Consistent daily effort can earn 1,500 to 2,000 Coins per day from requests alone. Beyond Coins, you also earn:
Affection points: for the NPC who placed the request. This advances your friendship or romance with them.
Starsand Points: the currency used to upgrade profession skills via the Workpedia app on your phone. These points are scarce and useful.
Profession progression hub
The Community Center connects all five profession quest chains through Solara. Each profession has its own mentor who teaches you the trade and certifies your tier promotions (Apprentice through Expert):
Item | Description |
|---|---|
Crafter | mentored by Zerine at Zerine's General Store |
Farmer | mentored by Graminova at the Happiness Seed Shop |
Angler | mentored by Delphin at the AquaBlue Outpost in Half-Moon Bay |
Rancher | mentored by Pastelle at Green Pasture Ranch |
Explorer | mentored by Zephyria at the Exploration Club |
After earning each certification from a mentor, you bring it back to Solara at the Community Center to receive a recruitment bonus. This makes the Community Center the touchpoint between every profession's advancement, even though the actual training happens elsewhere on the island.
Daily routine
Most experienced players build a Community Center visit into their morning routine. A typical 6:00 AM stop looks like this:
Check the Bulletin Board for daily requests.
Note which items you need and which NPCs are requesting them.
Plan your day around fulfilling the requests alongside your other tasks (farming, fishing, mining).
Deliver completed requests as you encounter the NPCs throughout the day.
Combining Bulletin Board runs with your existing routine is the key. If a request asks for fish you were already planning to catch, or crops you already have stored, it takes almost no extra effort for a solid reward.
Tips
Check the Bulletin Board at 6:00 AM every day. Requests refresh daily, and ignoring the board means leaving easy Coins and Starsand Points on the table.
Keep a stockpile of common items (flowers, basic fish, crops) in a chest at home. Many requests ask for things you can pull straight from storage.
Higher-star requests give better rewards but may ask for harder-to-get items. Evaluate whether the reward justifies the time.
Starsand Points from requests add up over time. They are one of the steadiest sources for upgrading your Workpedia skills.
After completing a profession certification with a mentor, visit Solara at the Community Center to collect your recruitment bonus before moving on.
If you are building affection with a specific NPC, watch for their name on the Bulletin Board. Completing their requests gives affection points on top of the item delivery.
