Upon first approaching the Instrument Shop, a scenic point discovery notification appears on screen, registering the location in your Islandpedia. This makes it part of the larger scenic point collection system that encourages players to explore every corner of the island.
Scenic Point Registration
The Instrument Shop is one of the scenic points added in the March 2026 update to enrich the exploration content. Scenic points are special locations throughout the island that register in the Islandpedia when discovered. Each scenic point adds a new entry with a description and, in some cases, a small lore note about the location's history.
Discovering the Instrument Shop scenic point awards a small amount of exploration experience. Completing all scenic points in a region contributes to the region's exploration percentage, which is tracked on the map and in the Islandpedia summary page.
