Eating out
Dining out in inZOI uses a kiosk ordering system. There are no sit-down restaurants with waiters or menus. Instead, Zois walk up to a kiosk or ordering machine at a venue, pick their food from the screen, then head to the counter to collect it. It's functional but pretty bare-bones compared to what you might expect from restaurant dining.
Besides kiosk restaurants, food is also available from street food stalls, vending machines scattered around both cities, and food trucks parked at public locations.
Food venues in Dowon
Dowon Deli serves Tteokbokki, Bibimbap, and Yukgaejang. Open daily 8 AM–10 PM.
Cafe Gaon coffee drinks, pastries, Omelet, and Egg Toast. Order from the Cafe Kiosk. Open daily 8 AM–10 PM.

Food can be ordered through the Pocket Market app on the smartphone (press P). Go to the Shopping tab, then Food and Beverage. Here's what's available for delivery:

Seasonal items
Pumpkin-themed candies and items rotate in seasonally: Bug-Eaten Pumpkin Candy, Shody Pumpkin Candy, Pumpkin Candy, Large Pumpkin, Rare Pumpkin Candy, plus other candy varieties (Strawberry, Grape, Orange).
All food deliveries arrive at the Zoi's front door in a box or package. Prices for food range from M 3 (a tomato) to M 80 (steak).
Fresh ingredients
The Pocket Market's Fresh tab sells raw ingredients for home cooking: Pumpkin, Tomato, Carrot, Potato, Sweet Potato, Corn, Mango, and Banana. These can also be grown in your own garden for free. Ingredient prices start at M 3 for basic vegetables.
Home cooking
Interact with a Refrigerator or Oven in your home and select "Make Food" to open the cooking panel. Zois start with 4 unlocked recipes, and more unlock as the Cooking skill improves (up to level 10, though recipes currently only unlock through level 5). Each recipe costs a specific amount of Meow, and some require particular ingredients that can be grown or bought.
Some recipes need specific equipment beyond the basics. Countertops for prep work, grills for barbecue dishes. Most recipes make one serving, but a few are labeled "big enough to share with others" and will feed the whole household.
An alternative way to train the Cooking skill: watch the cooking channel on TV (in the Entertainment section). It's slower than actually cooking but still gives skill progress.
Player-built restaurants
The December 2025 update (v0.5.0) added business ownership, which lets players run their own food establishments. Available business types with food service:

Other non-food business types include Fitness Center, Internet Cafe, and a User-Defined Settings option for custom setups.
Setting up a food business
Purchase a property marked as "Business Property" through Edit City.
Open the Business App on your Zoi's smartphone.
Configure the business: name, operating hours, customer activities, target demographics, and sales recipes.
Set "Order" under customer activity in Player Settings to enable food purchases.
Customers visit automatically during your set business hours.
Business activity presets auto-configure based on the type you pick. A cafe defaults to "Drink Coffee," "Eat," and "Read a Book" as customer activities. A restaurant defaults to "Order" and "Drink a Beverage."
