Overview
Half-Moon Bay is Starsand Island's coastal area and the hub for all fishing and ocean-related activities. The bay is home to the AquaBlue Outpost fishing shop, Starsand Port, the Merchant Ship, and various beach attractions. It also hosts the annual Beach Festival in Summer.
AquaBlue Outpost
Owner: Delphin (Fishing Mentor)
Located on the docks on the right side of Half-Moon Bay. Open 08:00–22:00. This is where your fishing journey begins, Delphin grants the Apprentice Angler certification and your first basic fishing rod here.

The port is initially run-down and must be rebuilt before it becomes operational.
Unlocking the port
Meet Marston at the run-down port site.
Donate 15 Stone and 15 Softwood.
The port opens the next day.

Deep-sea fishing zones
Three special ocean fishing zones are accessible via the Parrot Ship at Starsand Port. Each zone has unique high-value fish species tracked in the Islandpedia's Bio Research category:

Beach Festival (Summer 27)
Half-Moon Bay hosts the annual Beach Festival, one of the island's major seasonal events.
Preparation (Summer 25–26)
Help NPCs gather resources for festival stalls and clean up trash piles from the beach. Assisting each NPC rewards 200 coins, 15 Starsand, 50 Beach Coins, and 20 Affection.
