Overview
Starsand Island has four buildable property areas that you unlock as you progress through the Island Life Ranking system. Each property offers unique terrain, scenery, and strategic advantages. You start with Hopeland and gradually unlock Cloudrest Lake, Blue Beach, and Windflute Island as you reach higher Island Life ranks.

Hopeland
Hopeland is your starter property, a grassy area located south of Starsand Town. You receive it for free at the beginning of the game and it comes with a basic house structure. Hopeland is centrally located, making it convenient for daily trips to town shops, the Community Center, and NPC locations.
Proximity: Closest property to Starsand Town, the General Store, and most profession mentors.
Farming: Flat terrain ideal for crop fields and sprinkler layouts.
Animals: Close to Green Pasture Ranch, making it convenient for buying livestock and animal supplies from Pastelle.
Expansion priority: Every plot pays for itself through increased crop production. Expand Hopeland first.
Cloudrest Lake
Cloudrest Lake is a serene bamboo forest lakeside area located north of Starsand Town. It is unlocked at the Home Builder rank of Island Life progression. The area features bamboo groves, rolling hills, a central lake, and a pier.
Scenery: One of the most visually appealing properties with lush bamboo forests and waterfront views.
Ranching space: The rolling terrain provides ample room for multiple animal enclosures.
Fishing: The central lake offers freshwater fishing directly on your property.
Expansion priority: Second priority after Hopeland, especially if you are pursuing ranching.
Blue Beach
Blue Beach is a coastal area unlocked at the Bright Star rank. It features sandy shores, ocean views, and proximity to deep-sea fishing.
Ocean access: Direct access to ocean fishing without needing to travel to the port.
Beach aesthetic: Ideal for players who want a tropical or beach-themed homestead.
Seasonal events: Located near Half-Moon Bay, the site of the annual Beach Festival.
Expansion priority: Third priority. Expand only as needed for maritime operations or aesthetic builds.
Windflute Island
Windflute Island is the fourth and final property, unlocked at Starsand Legend rank, the highest tier of Island Life progression. It is the largest available land area and serves as the endgame property.
Largest area: Windflute offers the most building space of any property, suitable for ambitious layouts.
Secluded setting: Located offshore, separate from the main island, providing a private sanctuary feel.
Endgame showcase: Use it for elaborate decorative builds, large-scale farming operations, and showcasing your creativity.
Expansion priority: Last priority. The property is already large enough for most projects without additional expansion.
Land Expansion Mechanics
Unlocking Land Purchases
The ability to buy additional land plots becomes available after reaching Island Pro rank in the Island Life progression. Before this rank, you cannot purchase land regardless of how many Coins you have. The specific requirements include reaching Junior level in any profession and completing 5 Bulletin Board requests.
Buying Land
Open the phone menu and select the Buy Land option. Each property shows available plots that can be purchased with Coins. Prices increase with each plot purchased, so early plots are affordable while later expansions require significant savings.
Expansion Strategy
Hopeland first: Prioritize expanding Hopeland since every additional farming plot generates income that funds further expansion.
Cloudrest Lake second: Expand here if you are pursuing ranching. The extra space for animal enclosures is valuable.
Blue Beach third: Expand for maritime-themed builds or if you need more fishing infrastructure.
Windflute Island last: Already the largest property; expand only for specific large-scale projects.
Building on Properties
All properties support the full building system including structural pieces, furniture placement, and decorations. You can build multiple houses, farm structures, crafting stations, and decorative gardens on each property. Each property has its own set of available land plots that define the buildable area.
Use the Blueprint Library to save and load building designs across properties. This is especially useful for replicating a house design you like on a different property.
