If you are having trouble finding Dolls in the field, use the Dowsing Machine with a Search-specialty Pokemon to locate Glowing Blocks more efficiently. Doll availability at the PC Shop increases as you raise your Environment Level.
Legendary Beast encounters on Dream Islands are not guaranteed on any single visit. Each Beast has a small percentage chance of appearing each time you travel to its respective island. Here is what you need to know about how spawns work:
One Doll per day: Only one Doll can be used with Drifloon per real-world day. You can revisit the same island multiple times within that day, but materials and spawns do not reset between same-day visits.
Check the Pokedex on arrival: After landing on a Dream Island, open the Pokedex to check whether the Legendary is present. If it shows up on the island map, head to the cave. If not, the Beast did not spawn this time.
Block barriers indicate presence: If the special block barrier (Steel, Lava, or Ice Blocks) is visible inside the cave, the Beast is behind it. If the barrier area is absent or empty, the Beast did not spawn.
Resetting the day: If a Beast does not appear, you can either wait until the next real-world day for a fresh Dream Island visit, or advance your Nintendo Switch 2 system clock forward by one day to reset the island.
Raikou is unique among the three Beasts because it first appears during the main story. After completing the Brighten Things Up Important Request at Bleak Beach, a cutscene plays where Raikou appears and comments on the player's ability to restore light to the coastal town. Raikou then departs. This encounter registers it in your Pokedex and counts toward Hyper Trainer Rank progression, but Raikou does not stay on your island. To permanently recruit Raikou, you must find it again on a Dream Island.

Raikou has the Generate specialty, which allows it to passively produce electricity for nearby machines, lamps, appliances, and other powered devices. Do I need to find them in a specific order?
No. The three Beasts can be found in any order. The only requirement is that you have completed Raikou's story encounter at Bleak Beach to make all three available on Dream Islands.
Can the Beasts live in any habitat?
