Overview
Suicune is one of the three Legendary Beasts in Pokemon Pokopia, alongside Raikou and Entei. Unlike story-encounter Legendaries such as Kyogre or Mewtwo, Suicune is found exclusively through random encounters on Dream Islands. Encountering all three Legendary Beasts is a prerequisite for summoning Ho-Oh.
How to Find Suicune
Required Doll
Suicune appears on the Wasteland Dream Island, accessed by using an Eevee Doll with Drifloon. The Eevee Doll can be found in Glowing Blocks at Bleak Beach or purchased from the Pokemon Center PC Shop. Use the Dowsing Machine with a Search-specialty Pokemon to locate Glowing Blocks more efficiently.
Navigating the Dream Island
After arriving on the Wasteland Dream Island, head toward the rocks in the center of the island. Enter the cave system beneath the mountain. Continue walking through the tunnels until you find an area with Ice Blocks blocking a passage. Break through the Ice Blocks using Rock Smash (powered up by eating Hamburger Steak) to reach the inner chamber where Suicune waits.
If the encounter chamber is empty, Suicune did not spawn on this visit. The encounter is not guaranteed on any single visit. While the Eevee Doll always sends you to the same category of Dream Island, the specific layout and whether Suicune appears is random. Multiple visits may be required.
Befriending Suicune
When Suicune is present, walk up and speak to it. Go through the dialogue and agree to take it with you. Behind Suicune, you will find 3 Rare Pokemetal on a pedestal, so collect those before leaving via Drifloon.
Specialty
Suicune has the Water specialty, allowing it to spray nearby fields and plants with water. This makes Suicune a useful helper for farming and gardening, automatically watering crops and flowers in its vicinity. Suicune can also clean off mud and perform Rain Dance to affect the local weather.
Habitat Preferences
After befriending Suicune and bringing it to your island, you can assign it to a house and decorate to boost its Comfort Level. Suicune prefers a humid environment.

Connection to Ho-Oh
Encountering all three Legendary Beasts (Raikou, Entei, and Suicune) unlocks the recipe for the Clear Bell. The Clear Bell is crafted using 5 Rare Pokemetal and 5 Rainbow Feathers. Ring the Clear Bell when Ho-Oh is flying overhead to summon it.

Tips
Always bring Hamburger Steak when visiting Dream Islands. You need powered-up Rock Smash to break the Ice Blocks guarding Suicune.
If Suicune does not appear, you can either wait until the next real-world day for a new Dream Island visit, or adjust your Nintendo Switch 2 system clock forward one day to reset the spawn.
Check both cave entrances under the mountain. The caves intersect, and Suicune's chamber may be accessible from either side.
Collect the 3 Rare Pokemetal behind Suicune before leaving. Rare Pokemetal is needed for crafting the Clear Bell and Tidal Bell for Legendary encounters.
Offer Dry-flavor food to Mosslax before visiting Dream Islands to increase Rainbow and Silver Feather spawn rates, which are needed for the bells.
