Overview
Adam Entertainment is an idol management and entertainment company located in Dowon. It is the only employer in the game that offers two distinct active career tracks from a single location: the Idol Trainee path and the Entertainment Planning path. Unlike rabbit hole careers where Zois disappear offscreen, both tracks at Adam Entertainment are active jobs where players accompany their Zoi to the building and directly complete tasks during each shift.
The Adam Entertainment building houses practice rooms, a vocal studio, a fitness area, computer stations, and wardrobes. It is located on the east side of Dowon and functions as both a community lot and a career lot.
Idol Trainee Career
The Idol Trainee career follows the journey of a K-pop trainee working toward debut. It is one of the most unique careers in inZOI due to its active task structure, strict age restriction, and connection to the performing arts skill set. For a detailed breakdown of all daily tasks, see the Idol Trainee Career article.
Position | Daily Salary (Meow) | Position Limit |
|---|---|---|
Rookie Trainee | 136 | 6 |
Junior Trainee | 400 | 3 |
Senior Trainee | 600 | 3 |
Schedule and Requirements
Detail | Value |
|---|---|
Work Days | Monday through Friday (5 days/week) |
Work Hours | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM |
Task Window | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (first hour is free) |
Age Requirement | Young Adult ONLY |
Recommended Traits | Entertainer, Go-Getter |
Critical age restriction: The Idol Trainee career is exclusively available to Young Adult Zois. When a Zoi ages up to Adult, they are automatically removed from the career with no option to continue. This is the only career in the game with such a strict age limitation. Players should enroll their Zoi as early as possible in the Young Adult stage to maximize time in the career.
Daily Task Structure
Each work day consists of six tasks split into morning and afternoon blocks. The first hour (9:00 to 10:00 AM) is free time that can be used for eating from the staff meals, using the bathroom, or attending to needs. Tasks begin at 10:00 AM.
Rank | Morning Tasks (3) | Afternoon Tasks (3) |
|---|---|---|
Rookie Trainee | Change clothes, Dance training (3x), Vocal practice (3x) | Fitness workout (3x), Afternoon dance (3x), Production study (20 min) |
Junior Trainee | Change clothes, Production study (20 min), Fitness workout (5x) | Vocal practice (3x), Dance training (5x), Language study (20 min) |
Senior Trainee | Change into stage costume, Language study (20 min), Fitness workout (5x) | Vocal practice (3x), Dance training (5x), Review recordings (20 min) |
Completing all six tasks earns approximately 37% toward the next promotion. Zois can leave early with full pay if all tasks are finished before 6:00 PM. Failing tasks slows promotion progress significantly.
Skills Developed
Vocals: Practiced at the microphone station

Media Production: Studied on computers
Fitness: Maintained through gym workouts
Performance: Overall stage presence
Current Limitations
Senior Trainee is currently the final tier. There is no full idol debut or performer position beyond Senior Trainee in the current version of inZOI. The developers have indicated that an actual idol debut mechanic will be added in a future update. A K-pop themed expansion is expected around Q2 2026.
Entertainment Planning Career
The Entertainment Planning career follows the business side of the entertainment industry, managing idol debuts and company operations. This is also an active career with on-site tasks.
Position | Daily Salary (Meow) | Position Limit |
|---|---|---|
Employee | 198 | 4 |
Team Lead | 450 | 3 |

|---|---|
Work Days | Monday through Friday (5 days/week) |
Work Hours | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM |

Unlike the Idol Trainee track, the Entertainment Planning career has no strict age restriction. Any adult Zoi can pursue this career, making it a good long-term option for Zois who want to work in the entertainment industry without the Young Adult time pressure.
