Overview
Part-time jobs in inZOI offer a flexible way to earn Mew without the time commitment of a full career. There are four part-time employers across Dowon and Bliss Bay, with shorter work weeks and fewer promotion steps than full-time careers. All part-time jobs are active (on-site) careers, meaning players directly control their Zoi during the work shift and complete task lists rather than watching the Zoi disappear into a rabbit hole.
Part-time jobs require Young Adult, Adult, or Middle-Aged life stages. Teenagers cannot currently hold part-time jobs, though teen employment is planned for Q3 2026 according to the development roadmap.
How to Get a Part-Time Job
Open the Smartphone and navigate to the Career App.
Browse available companies and positions.
Apply for the desired position.
A Zoi can only hold one job at a time. Applying for a new job automatically terminates the current one. This applies to all combinations: part-time to part-time, part-time to full-time, and vice versa. Enrolling in university also cancels the current job, since the game treats school as occupying the same career slot.
Dowon Part-Time Employers
AZ Convenience Store
Located in northeast Dowon, the AZ Convenience Store is considered one of the easiest part-time jobs in the game since all tasks take place within a single area. It is the only part-time employer in Dowon that offers a promotion path.

Managers shift to computer-based work including marketing, ordering items, and preparing reports. The Manager position pays 918 Mew per day, a significant jump from the 360 Mew Cashier salary.
Dowon Deli
Located on the west side of Dowon above the Fire Station, the Dowon Deli offers a single Cashier position with no promotion path. Despite having no Manager tier, it pays more than the Convenience Store Cashier position.

Promotion Mechanics
Only AZ Convenience Store and Posey's Surf Shop offer a promotion to Manager. Dowon Deli and Golden Apple Burger are single-tier positions with no advancement.
Promotion is task-based, not automatic. Each completed work task fills a career promotion bar visible in the Career App. Completing tasks quickly fills the bar faster. A typical promotion takes 3 to 4 working days (approximately one in-game week) for active jobs. However, even if the promotion bar is full, promotion will not happen unless there is a vacancy at the Manager level. You must wait for an opening.
Getting Fired and Resigning
A Zoi is terminated after 3 unexcused absences (failing to show up for scheduled shifts). The Zoi receives a text notification about the dismissal.
To resign voluntarily: open the Smartphone, go to Career App, navigate to "My Career" tab, and press the resign icon (calendar with an X). Confirmation is required. When resigning or being fired, rank and promotion progress reset completely if the Zoi reapplies for the same position later.

If you complete all tasks before the shift ends, you can leave early and still receive full pay. This makes active part-time jobs more time-efficient than their scheduled hours suggest.
