Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Step 1: Find Marston

Locate Marston at the run-down, dilapidated port in Half-Moon Bay. He is the dock manager and can often be found on the beach near the port area.

Step 2: Speak to Marston

Talk to Marston and agree to help rebuild the port. He explains what materials are needed for the Maritime Bureau construction.

Step 3: Deliver Materials

Gather and deliver the following materials to Marston:

The material cost for this quest is notably low compared to other construction quests. Most players will already have these materials in their inventory.

Step 4: Wait for Construction

After delivering the materials, the quest objective changes to "Wait for port construction." The port completes construction the next in-game day (overnight). Simply sleep or wait until the following morning, then return to the completed port.

• Rent a yacht for 150 Coins per hour to explore the ocean and fish manually.

• Boats are found on the left side of the dock near the Parrot Ship. A speedboat rental is available at the end of the pier.

Parrot Ship (Deep-Sea Fishing)

The Parrot Ship captain at the dock offers fast travel to three specialized deep-sea fishing zones:

• Save high-value items for the Merchant Ship. Once the port is built, hold onto pickled items, Golden/Silver Poop, and processed crops to sell at the Merchant Ship for double profit.

• Check buying orders weekly. The Merchant Ship's buying orders refresh every Monday and offer substantial bonus income for specific items.

Known Issues

• Material delivery may be skipped: Some players have reported the quest saying "Wait for port construction" immediately after speaking to Marston, apparently skipping the material delivery phase. The port still auto-completes the next day.

• Marston unresponsive: Marston can occasionally get stuck talking to tourists and become uninteractable. Workarounds include taking the ferry, waiting a full day, or advancing to the next season.
