This article has been recognized for its exceptional quality and comprehensive coverage.
There are exactly 110 cooking recipes in Starsand Island, spread across four cooking stations: the Campfire / Gas Stove (80 dish recipes), the Juicer (22 drink recipes), and the Oven (7 baked goods). Recipes are acquired from shops, profession trials, quest rewards, exploration, festivals, and story progression. Meals range from simple snacks that restore a small amount of stamina to complex dishes that grant powerful buffs for farming, fishing, mining, and combat.
This article contains every recipe in the game with accurate data extracted from the game files, including exact ingredients, cook times, stamina recovery values, sell prices, buff effects, and unlock sources. The 80 Campfire / Gas Stove recipes include dishes made on either station; the Gas Stove is an upgraded version of the Campfire with the same recipe pool. The Juicer produces drinks and smoothies. The Oven is a separate station for baked goods.
Note: This article does not cover non-cooking processing recipes such as Jam Maker jams, Pickling Jar pickles, Brewing Barrel condiments, or Separator base ingredients. Those are covered in their respective station articles.

Four stations are used for cooking recipes. Each station requires a specific blueprint or profession rank to unlock:
Station | Recipes | Function | How to Unlock |
|---|---|---|---|
80 | Primary cooking station for dishes. Cooks meals from recipes using in-game time. | Starter blueprint (free) | |
80 | Upgraded cooking station. Shares the same recipe pool as the Campfire. | Crafter profession blueprint | |
22 | Produces drinks, smoothies, and coffee beverages from fruits, mushrooms, and grains. | Crafter profession blueprint | |
7 | Bakes cookies, cakes, toast, and roasted items. Requires the Oven blueprint. | Available from Island Life onwards |
Tip: Build 2 to 3 Campfires or Gas Stoves to cook multiple dishes simultaneously. Since cooking takes real in-game time, having parallel stations dramatically increases your food output.
Before cooking, most raw crops and materials must be processed into base ingredients using the Separator. Fine Salt is crafted at the Charcoal Kiln using Salt Brick and Fiber. These processed ingredients appear frequently across recipes, so keeping a steady supply on hand is important.
Output | Input | Station |

Any fruit | ||

Additionally, the Brewing Barrel converts crops into liquid condiments used as ingredients in other recipes. Brewing takes longer than Separator processing (often 2 to 4 in-game hours per batch).
Output | Input | Station |

Cooking Oil | 1x Peanut | |
1x Soybean | ||
1x Potato |
The Campfire and Gas Stove share the same recipe pool of 80 dishes. The Gas Stove is an upgraded version that can be purchased after reaching the Crafter profession rank. Both stations cook meals using real in-game time. Six of these recipes (marked with Campfire unlock) can be cooked on the Campfire from the very start of the game; the rest require the Gas Stove or higher.
Recipes that show HP restore in the Stamina column restore health points instead of stamina. These are typically combat-oriented dishes made with rare Moonlit Forest ingredients like Eldergrain, Midnight Herb, Spirit Fruit, and Moonflower.

The Juicer produces drinks, smoothies, and coffee beverages. Many Juicer recipes provide unique buffs not available from other stations. The Juicer blueprint is unlocked at the Crafter profession rank. Coffee-based drinks (Cappuccino, Iced Americano, Mocha) use Mushroom as their primary ingredient.
The highest-value Juicer recipe is Chilled Bayberry Juice (2x Star Plum), which restores 243 stamina and sells for 1,079 coins, making it the single most profitable recipe in the entire game. It requires reaching the Expert Farmer Trial to unlock.

Tip: Cooking meals before selling crops dramatically increases profit. Complex dishes sell for 2 to 3 times the raw ingredient value. Even simple dishes like Grilled Chicken Wings (1x Fowl, sells for 106) are significantly more valuable than selling raw Fowl directly.
The Nutrient Absorption skill in the Workpedia increases the stamina and HP restored by all food items. Unlock this skill early to get more value from every meal you cook. Combined with high-tier recipes like Yangzhou Fried Rice or Chilled Bayberry Juice, this skill makes food recovery significantly more potent.
Build 2 to 3 Campfires or Gas Stoves to cook multiple dishes at the same time. Cooking takes real in-game time, so parallel stations multiply your food output.
Buy all recipes from Aureleaf Kitchen as soon as you can afford them. Several buff recipes are exclusive to the shop.
Keep a steady supply of Flour (from Wheat) and Sugar (from Beetroot or Sugarcane) in the Separator. These are the two most commonly used base ingredients across all recipe categories.
Green Grape Juice and Red Grape Juice are the easiest buff foods to produce in bulk. Grow grapes on trellises and juice them for Bonus Ore or Bonus Timber.
For fishing, combine Steamed Fish (Never Skunked) with Braised Fish (Underwater Treasure) and Braised Crab Pot (Flow Fishing) for a powerful fishing buff stack.
Chilled Bayberry Juice is the single most profitable recipe at 1,079 coins per sale. If you can grow Star Plum trees, mass-producing this juice is one of the best money-making strategies in the game.
Recipes that restore HP (Eldergrain Roll, Flaming Ice Dumplings, Lamb Skewers, Mountain and Sea Skewers, Mushroom Basket, Mystic Egg, Spirit Salad, Moonflower Tea) use rare Moonlit Forest ingredients and are essential for combat preparation.
The Nutrient Absorption skill in the Workpedia increases stamina and HP restored by all food. Unlock it early for more value from every meal.
Coffee drinks (Cappuccino, Iced Americano, Mocha) are made from Mushroom in the Juicer and cook in just 5 seconds, making them the fastest drinks to produce.
Cooking meals before selling crops dramatically increases profit. Complex dishes sell for 2 to 3 times the raw ingredient value.
