Justitia Law Firm is a legal practice based in Dowon, described as a firm that "upholds law and justice, standing for fair and impartial judgment." It serves as the employer for the Lawyer career line in Dowon and offers the highest hourly pay rate of any career in the game. The firm is named after Justitia (Iustitia), the Roman goddess personifying Justice, traditionally depicted holding scales and a sword.
Two equivalent law firms exist in other cities: Themis & Jones Law Firm in Bliss Bay and Sawara Law Firm in Cahaya. All three firms share the same Senior and Partner salaries, though Justitia has a lower entry-level salary than its counterparts.

How to Apply
Open the smartphone and navigate to the Career app. Scroll to Justitia Law Firm under the Dowon listings and select "Apply." No degree, skills, or traits are required. The application is accepted instantly. Zois must be living in Dowon to apply.
Promotion
Promotions follow standard rabbit hole career mechanics. The progression bar fills automatically through attendance, taking approximately 8 to 10 working days per tier. A text message confirms each promotion.
Consistent attendance is the primary factor; three absences result in termination
The jump from Junior Lawyer (300M) to Senior Lawyer (1,164M) is the single largest salary increase per promotion in the game
Only one Partner position is available, so promotion to the top tier may be delayed until a vacancy opens
Connection to the Trial System
The Trial and Justice System (added in Update v0.5.0, December 2025) allows arrested Zois to hire lawyers for their defense. Players can choose between a Free Lawyer or an Elite Lawyer when going to trial. However, having a Zoi employed at Justitia Law Firm does not currently grant any special trial interactions or bonuses. The developer has indicated that more interactive job locations and career-trial integration are in development for future updates.
