Overview
The Travel Agent Career is one of six new active careers introduced in the v0.8.0 update on April 29, 2026. It is the only one of the six that is exclusive to Cahaya. Travel Agents work at a travel agency lot, helping NPC clients book vacation packages, plan inter-city trips, and arrange resort stays.
As with every other v0.8.0 career, hiring uses the interview-then-impress acceptance flow.
How to Apply
Move to or already live in Cahaya. The career is unavailable from Dowon or Bliss Bay listings.
Open the Smartphone (P) and tap the Career app.
Browse Cahaya listings and select Travel Agent.
Tap Apply, then schedule an interview slot.
Attend the interview at the travel agency at the scheduled time.
Impress the interviewer to be accepted; the first shift is added to the daily schedule.

Read travel reference material between active tasks to top off the off-task gauge.
Coordinate with the team during four-day team projects.
Travel Agent gameplay connects directly to the cross-city travel system. The career thematically reinforces the inter-city travel UI used by every Zoi when relocating between Dowon, Bliss Bay, and Cahaya.

Performance and Promotion
Daily evaluations grade booking volume, client satisfaction, attendance, and team-project contribution. Repeated absences or low scores can result in termination. Long-tenure agents retire under the v0.8.0 retirement system with a retirement party social event and severance.
Leave and Remote Work
Paid leave: registerable through the home computer.
Sick leave: triggered by needs failure.
Remote work: limited; most client interactions require in-person service at the agency.
Team Projects
Travel Agents collaborate on four-day team projects centred on big group bookings or seasonal package launches. Contribution is graded individually.
Tips
Build Charm and Social before applying. Both skills directly feed client interactions.
Cahaya residency is a hard requirement. Move first, then apply.
Pair with a Cahaya-based business once it makes financial sense; the schedule-stacking rules make this practical.
