Car
Cars are the most expensive land vehicles in Starsand Island, representing the pinnacle of on-road transportation. Two car models exist: the Lightning and the Nitro GTS. Both require a Worktable III to craft and use late-game materials, making them endgame goals for players who want the fastest possible land travel. Cars are purchased or crafted through Neona's G-Power Bike shop, and they support passenger seats, letting you bring NPC companions or co-op partners along for the ride.
Available Models
Both cars can be purchased as finished vehicles or crafted from blueprints. Crafting from a blueprint is cheaper overall, but the blueprint prices for cars are still substantial.
Model | Purchase Price | Blueprint Price | Worktable Tier |
|---|---|---|---|
Lightning | 650,000 Coins | 357,500 Coins | Worktable III |
Nitro GTS | Craft only | 495,000 Coins | Worktable III |
The Lightning is the most expensive vehicle available as a direct purchase from Neona. The Nitro GTS cannot be bought pre-built and must be crafted from its blueprint.
Lightning
The Lightning is a high-performance car and the most expensive pre-built vehicle in the game at 650,000 Coins. Its blueprint costs 357,500 Coins, saving nearly 300,000 Coins for players willing to gather the materials. The Lightning is designed to move at electrifying speed and is among the fastest land vehicles on the island.
Crafting Materials (Worktable III):
Material | Quantity |
|---|---|
Meteor Plank | 25 |
Eternal Alloy | 25 |
Perpetual Reactor | 12 |
Leather | 12 |
Chip | 12 |
Flannel | 20 |
Spring | 15 |
Nitro GTS
The Nitro GTS is a high-performance sports car and the single most expensive craftable vehicle in Starsand Island. Its blueprint alone costs 495,000 Coins, and the materials required are some of the most demanding in the game. The Nitro GTS is the fastest craftable four-wheeled land vehicle, outperforming the Lightning in both velocity and material investment.
Crafting Materials (Worktable III):
Material | Quantity |
|---|---|
Meteor Plank | 35 |
Eternal Alloy | 35 |
Perpetual Reactor | 15 |
Leather | 15 |
Chip | 15 |
Flannel | 30 |
Spring | 25 |
The Nitro GTS requires roughly 40% more of every material compared to the Lightning. Players targeting the Nitro GTS should stockpile Meteor Plank and Eternal Alloy well in advance, as these are the most resource-intensive components.

Land only - Cars are strictly land vehicles. Use a boat for water travel.
Worktable III required - Both car blueprints require the highest-tier Worktable, which itself needs significant crafting progression to unlock.

Tips
Cars are endgame investments. Focus on motorbikes for mid-game travel and save car materials for later.
Try renting a sports car (54 Coins/hour) before committing to a purchase. Rentals let you test the handling and decide if a car suits your playstyle.
The Lightning is the better value if you want a car that can be bought outright. The Nitro GTS offers top speed but costs significantly more in both Coins and materials.
Cars have the most customization options of any vehicle category. Visit Neona's modification menu to personalize paint, decals, rims, and interior details.
If you regularly travel with an NPC companion, a car is one of the best passenger vehicles since it offers a comfortable enclosed ride with full customization.
