Overview
"Bring Materials to Tinkmaster" is a General Request in Pokemon Pokopia, given by Tinkmaster in Sparkling Skylands. This is the first task Tinkmaster assigns after you climb the tall tower using a Lift Platform and introduce yourself. Tinkmaster asks you to bring 6 Concrete and 1 Iron Ingot as a test of your gathering abilities. Completing this request proves your resourcefulness and opens the way to the much larger Rebuild the Huge Building Important Request.

Before you can receive this request, you must:
Complete the main story quests in Withered Wasteland, Bleak Beach, and Rocky Ridges.
Reach Ultra Trainer Rank (requires completing both the Bleak Beach and Rocky Ridges Important Requests).
Enter Sparkling Skylands through one of the three gates.
Build or locate a Lift Platform to reach the tall tower where Tinkmaster resides.
How to Find Tinkmaster
Tinkmaster is a unique Tinkaton with the exclusive Engineer specialty. It is found at the top of a tall tower of repurposed junk in Sparkling Skylands. To reach it, you need a Lift Platform, which you can build using materials gathered from earlier regions.
Climb the tower and speak to Tinkmaster. After a brief introduction where it shows off its oversized all-purpose hammer, Tinkmaster challenges you to bring 6 Concrete and 1 Iron Ingot as proof that you can handle large-scale construction supply runs.
Walkthrough
Step 1: Obtain Concrete
You need 6 Concrete for this request. Concrete is produced at a Concrete Mixer, which becomes available in Sparkling Skylands.
To make Concrete, you need Limestone and a Pokemon with the Crush specialty. Conkeldurr (found in the Construction-Site Generator habitat) processes Limestone into Concrete at a ratio of 1 Limestone to 4 Concrete. Since you only need 6 Concrete, 2 Limestone is enough.
To set up the Concrete Mixer:
Build a Construction-Site Generator habitat using Iron Pipes and Scaffolds to attract Conkeldurr.
Befriend Conkeldurr and assign it to the Concrete Mixer.
Provide 2 Limestone (found in Rocky Ridges). Conkeldurr processes them into 8 Concrete, giving you more than enough.
If you already have Concrete stockpiled from earlier regions or from exploring Sparkling Skylands, you can skip the Concrete Mixer setup and deliver what you have.
Step 2: Obtain an Iron Ingot
You need 1 Iron Ingot. Iron Ingots are smelted from Iron Ore at a furnace with a Burn-specialty Pokemon (such as Charmander, Torchic, or Growlithe).
Iron Ore can be obtained in several ways:
Mine it directly in Rocky Ridges caves and mines.
Use a Pokemon with the Recycle specialty (Trubbish) to convert Nonburnable Garbage into Iron Ore.
Check your existing inventory. If you smelted Iron Ingots during the Rocky Ridges storyline, you likely have spares.
If you followed the earlier advice in the game to stockpile Iron Ingots before reaching Sparkling Skylands, you should already have this covered.
Step 3: Deliver the Materials
Return to the tall tower in Sparkling Skylands and speak to Tinkmaster. Hand over the 6 Concrete and 1 Iron Ingot. Tinkmaster accepts the materials and is impressed by your resourcefulness, completing the request.
What Happens Next
Completing this request has two important outcomes:
Tinkmaster begins crafting Tinkagears. You can now give Iron Ingots to Tinkmaster, who converts them into Tinkagears at a ratio of 2 Iron Ingots per Tinkagear. Tinkagears are required for Lift Platforms, Elevator Platforms, Mechanical Bridges, and the Team Initiation Challenge Stage 5.
The Rebuild the Huge Building quest unlocks. Tinkmaster initiates the Rebuild the Huge Building Important Request, the main storyline quest of Sparkling Skylands. This multi-phase construction project involves rebuilding a four-story structure (the former Celadon Department Store) floor by floor, culminating in an encounter with Mewtwo on the rooftop.

Tips
This request requires very small quantities of materials compared to the Rebuild the Huge Building quest that follows. Treat it as a warm-up. The building quest needs 90+ Concrete across three floors, so set up your Concrete production line now.
Stock up on Iron Ingots beyond what this request needs. Tinkmaster converts them into Tinkagears, and you will need Tinkagears for Lift Platforms (10 each), Elevator Platforms (15 each), and other late-game structures.
If you do not have a Burn-specialty Pokemon in Sparkling Skylands yet, bring one over from an earlier region to power the furnace for smelting Iron Ore.
Building the Construction-Site Generator habitat for Conkeldurr is worth doing early. Conkeldurr's Crush specialty is essential for the massive Concrete requirements in the Rebuild the Huge Building quest.
After delivering the materials, speak to Tinkmaster again immediately to begin the Rebuild the Huge Building quest. The sooner you start, the sooner you can begin gathering materials for the first floor.
Limestone is only found in Rocky Ridges. If you are running low, take a trip back to mine more before committing to large-scale Concrete production.
