Walkthrough
Step 1: Purchase a Building Kit
Browse the PC Shop and buy the building kit for your desired structure. Dens and huts are available early, while cottages and houses unlock as your Environment Level increases.
Step 2: Check Your Environment Level
Larger building types require a higher Environment Level. Raise your level by building habitats, planting trees, and improving the area.
Step 3: Place the Building Kit
Position your chosen building kit on a flat area of your island. Empty lots where old human structures once stood are ideal locations.
Step 4: Gather Construction Materials
Collect the required materials for construction. Some materials may be exclusive to specific areas, so check the requirements before starting.
Step 5: Recruit Pokemon Builders
Assemble a construction team by recruiting Pokemon with the Build specialty. At least one Build-specialty Pokemon is needed to lead construction.
Step 6: Start Construction
Begin building. The system calculates a completion time based on the structure's size. You can advance your system time by one day to finish construction instantly.
Step 7: Reveal the House
When construction finishes, speak to the Pokemon foreman to make the house accessible. The exterior is now complete.
Step 8: Add Furniture
Place at least 3 furniture items inside the house. Any combination of beds, tables, chairs, lamps, or decorations counts. Distribute items across both floors for a lived-in feel.
Step 9: Craft and Place a Ditto Flag
Craft a Ditto flag at your workbench and place it near the house. The Ditto flag enables fast travel to this location from anywhere on the island.
Rewards
A permanent house structure that can accommodate up to 4 additional Pokemon
Ditto flag: Enables fast travel to the house location
Two-floor layout provides ample room for furniture and decorations
Tips
Speed up construction by advancing your system clock one day forward. This works for all building types.
Focus on raising your Environment Level early if you want to build houses instead of smaller dens. Planting habitats is the fastest way to increase the level.
The Ditto flag is one of the most useful items in the game. Place one at every important location for a fast travel network across your islands.
This quest can appear as a timed request from Pokemon with the Build specialty. Complete it promptly to avoid missing out.
