Processor | Tinkaton (associated with Tinkmaster in Sparkling Skylands) |
Tinkaton is the Pokemon responsible for Tinkagear production. You encounter Tinkaton through Tinkmaster during the Sparkling Skylands questline. Give Iron Ingots to Tinkaton and it will forge them into Tinkagear.
Crafting Uses
Tinkagear is used in crafting recipes for mechanical and technical items: clocks, automated devices, mechanical furniture, and components for the 3D Printer. It represents the highest tier of metal processing in the Iron processing chain (Iron Ore -> Iron Ingot -> Tinkagear).
Full Processing Chain
Step | Material | Method |
|---|---|---|
1 | Mine from Rocky Ridges or recycle from Nonburnable Garbage | |
2 | Smelt at Smelting Furnace | |
3 | Tinkagear | Give Iron Ingot to Tinkaton |
Tips
Tinkagear production is gated behind the Sparkling Skylands storyline, so you cannot access it until reaching that region. Plan your Iron Ingot allocation carefully: some recipes need raw Iron Ingots while others need Tinkagear. Do not convert all your Iron Ingots into Tinkagear unless you specifically need mechanical components.
