Overview
"Connect Windmill" is a request in Pokemon Pokopia, given by Peakychu in Bleak Beach. After being introduced to the electricity system, Peakychu leads you to the windmill on the ocean coast and asks you to connect it to the power grid using Utility Poles. The windmill is one of three generators in Bleak Beach (alongside the Furnace and Water Wheel) and is already active when you find it. Your job is to place Utility Poles to route its power to the central charging station and other structures.

The Electricity System
Bleak Beach uses three generators to produce electricity, connected to structures via Utility Poles:

Walkthrough
Step 1: Follow Peakychu to the Windmill
After Meowth introduces Peakychu during a cutscene, follow Peakychu to the windmill located on the ocean coast. Peakychu explains how generators work and how Utility Poles carry power from generators to other structures.
Step 2: Obtain Utility Poles
The Utility Poles recipe is found on an island near the southwest corner of Bleak Beach, next to a Furnace near a Pokeball. Once you have the recipe, craft Utility Poles at a workbench.
Step 3: Place Utility Poles from the Windmill
Place Utility Poles in a chain leading from the windmill toward the central charging station. Look for blocks with darker circles at the center on the ground. These mark where original poles once stood and are the ideal placement spots. Wires connect automatically between adjacent poles, and power begins flowing once the chain is complete.
Step 4: Verify the Connection
Once the poles are placed and wires are connected, the Utility Poles will glow to indicate power is flowing. The windmill's power should now reach the central charging station, lighting up one of its five indicator bulbs.
Rewards
Electricity distribution: Power from the windmill can now reach the central charging station and any structures connected along the pole chain.
Unlocks further requests: Enables the Power Up the Charging Station request from Peakychu.
Tips
Each Utility Pole can power up to 20 items connected to it. Plan your pole placement carefully to maximize coverage.
You can also connect the electric oven to the right of the windmill and add fuel for additional power output.
Break rocks on the east side of the map to find pre-placed poles that extend the circuit toward the lighthouse.
Running 15 to 20 Utility Poles from Mosslax's cave to the Pokemon Center area is one of the fastest routes to reach 100 bloom points.
