Tips
The Civilian Disguise effect is useful during stealth missions in the main story, particularly when infiltrating towns or enemy-held settlements.
At 3 defense and Ice Resistance Lv.3, this cloak is competitive with the Hernand Ceremonial Guard Cloak and Hernandian Noble's Cloak in raw stats, but adds disguise utility on top.
