Crow's Pursuit

Overview

Crow's Pursuit is a unique active Abyss Core in Crimson Desert. The crows home in on the closest targets and deal Abyss-type damage over a short duration before dissipating.

Unlike passive cores that provide stat bonuses, Crow's Pursuit activates automatically under certain combat conditions (typically when the player lands a successful melee combo or when their health drops below a threshold). The crow strikes can interrupt weaker enemies and apply a brief stagger, making it useful for crowd control in addition to its raw damage.

Because it only fits into melee weapon slots, this core is best suited to aggressive frontline builds. Players running ranged setups will not be able to take advantage of it.

How to Obtain

Obtained as a reward from Sealed Abyss Artifact challenges or as a rare drop from world bosses. Not available from Witch merchants.

As a unique Abyss Core, Crow's Pursuit is not sold by regular Witch merchants. Instead, it must be earned through Sealed Abyss Artifact challenges or obtained as a rare drop from world bosses in Abyss-corrupted zones.

Usage and Strategy

As an active Abyss Core, Crow's Pursuit triggers its effect automatically during combat under certain conditions rather than providing a permanent stat bonus. When triggered, it summons crows to attack nearby enemies, dealing damage to enemies in range.

Tips

• The crow projectiles can hit multiple enemies clustered together, making it strong against packs.

• Combine with Destruction cores on your other gear for maximum offensive pressure.

• Crow's Pursuit is one of the rarer Abyss Cores; hold onto it even if you are not currently using melee weapons.
