Starflare Crystal
Starflare Crystal is a Senior-tier crystal component in Starsand Island, produced at the Gear Smith from Primorite-based Starflare Core. It feeds the two Senior-tier tool upgrades, the Mini Reactor power component, and several Teleporter and spirit-infused recipes.

Major Uses
Blast Hammer (5 Starflare Crystal). The Senior pickaxe upgrade. Required to mine Aurorite, Moonstone, Flamecore, Diamond, and Oilstone in the deep forest.
Sharp Machete (5 Starflare Crystal). The Intermediate axe upgrade. Required to harvest Meteor Wood in the deep forest.
Furnace III upgrade. Furnace III uses Starflare Core in its construction. Without Furnace III, Aurorite and Flamecore cannot be smelted.
Mini Reactor. The Energy Converter recipe for the Mini Reactor uses 1 Starflare Crystal alongside 2 Magnets and 2 High Performance Wire Sets.
Teleporter pads. Higher-tier teleporter recipes incorporate Starflare Crystals.
Tips
Plan 15+ Starflare Crystal for the dual tool upgrades. The Blast Hammer and Sharp Machete each cost 5 Starflare Crystals; with the Furnace III Starflare Core requirement, total Primorite demand is significant.
Mine Primorite at Azure Bay. Primorite first appears in Azure Bay. Pair Primorite mining with Gold Ore from Crystalith Hideout since both use the Impact Hammer.
Save crystals for the Mini Reactor. Several Tier III upgrades require a Mini Reactor, which itself uses 1 Starflare Crystal. Keep at least one Starflare Crystal per planned Tier III upgrade in reserve.
