Primorite
Primorite is a mid-to-high-tier ore found in Azure Bay and the deeper sections of the Moonlit Forest in Starsand Island. It is the gateway ore to crystalline endgame crafting, processing into Starflare Core at the Furnace and refining into Starflare Crystal at the Gear Smith.
Primorite first appears at Azure Bay and continues into the deeper forest zones. It requires the Impact Hammer (Junior Crafter), the same tool tier that unlocks Gold Ore mining. Pushing past the Crystalith Hideout into Azure Bay is therefore the milestone that unlocks both Gold and Primorite simultaneously.

Why Primorite Matters
Primorite gates the next major tool jump after the Impact Hammer and Iron Pickaxe. Specifically, you need Starflare Crystal to craft both the Blast Hammer and the Sharp Machete, which in turn unlock mining and woodcutting in the deepest forest zones. Without Primorite, Aurorite, Moonstone, and Flamecore deposits remain inaccessible.
Blast Hammer (5 Starflare Crystal). Required for Aurorite, Moonstone, and Flamecore mining.
Sharp Machete (5 Starflare Crystal). Required for Meteor Wood harvesting in the deep forest.
Furnace III upgrade. Uses Starflare Core directly. Without Furnace III, you cannot smelt Aurorite, Flamecore, or Moonstone.
Tips
Mine Primorite alongside Gold. Both unlock at Junior Crafter Impact Hammer. Azure Bay and Crystalith Hideout sit close together, so a single deep run can stockpile both.
Pre-stock for the next tier jump. Plan to gather at least 25 Primorite before tackling Furnace III, the Blast Hammer, and the Sharp Machete in succession.
Watch for Moonflower and Mirthshroom. Azure Bay is also a prime spot for rare plants. Mining trips can double as foraging runs.
