Overview
Cave Mushrooms are a raw ingredient in Pokemon Pokopia found inside cave environments. They are used in cooking recipes that produce a Dry flavor profile. Cave Mushrooms are distinct from Glowing Mushrooms, which are a crafting material rather than a cooking ingredient.
Where to Find
Rocky Ridges caves: The primary source. Cave Mushrooms grow on the floors and walls of the volcanic cave system.
Rock Peak Dream Islands: Accessible via the Clefairy Doll. Contains Cave Mushrooms alongside Limestone, Copper Ore, and Ice.
Other caves: Smaller quantities can be found in caves across other regions.
