Overview
Wastepaper is a recyclable waste material in Pokemon Pokopia found scattered around Sparkling Skylands. Like Nonburnable Garbage at Bleak Beach, Wastepaper can be converted into a useful crafting material: Paper. Pokemon with the Recycle specialty handle this conversion.

Wastepaper is exclusive to Sparkling Skylands, which makes sense given the area's urban, commercial theme (based on Celadon and Saffron Cities). The abandoned buildings and streets are littered with paper debris.

Trubbish and Garbodor both have the Recycle specialty and can convert Wastepaper into Paper.
