Overview
Diploma is a paintable Decoration item in Pokemon Pokopia awarded for registering all 300 base Pokemon in the Pokedex. It is a wall-mountable certificate produced by the Printer in the hidden Pokedex Completion Room in Sparkling Skylands.
In-game description: "A certificate awarded to those who have completed their Pokedex. Time to show off your accomplishment"

How to Obtain
Register all 300 base Pokemon in the Pokedex. Event Pokemon (Hoppip line, Sableye) do not count.
Receive the Neo Dowsing Machine recipe from Professor Tangrowth and craft it (1 Dowsing Machine + 5 Pokemetal).
Use the Neo Dowsing Machine in Sparkling Skylands to find the buried scanner on the northwestern island.
Scan your completed Pokedex at the Area Gate to open the Developer Room.
Inside the room, get the Printer recipe and craft the Printer.
Place the Printer and interact with it to print the Diploma.
Display
The Diploma is a wall-mountable certificate. Place it on any vertical surface in your settlement to display proof of full Pokedex completion. The diploma reads: "We hereby certify your achievement of completing the Pokedex. May this great feat be celebrated by all!"
Function
The Diploma has no gameplay effect. It does not boost comfort, generate resources, or unlock additional content. Its sole purpose is as decoration and a record of accomplishment.
Tips
Print multiple Diplomas if desired; the Printer can produce as many as you want once unlocked. Place them across different rooms or villages as wall decorations.
The Diploma works as a centerpiece for trophy rooms or display walls dedicated to your most prestigious accomplishments.
