Oakenshield Manor is the residence of Marquis Alan Serkis, located in central Hernand. The manor once served as the central facility of an oak farm before it was converted into a noble dwelling. Marquis Serkis holds the position of right-hand man to Duke Celester, making Oakenshield Manor a seat of political influence within the region.
The manor sits in central Hernand, positioned along the main roads connecting the region's settlements. A Provisioner's Shop operated by Alden is located just east of the manor.

Players can enter through the main doors and explore the interior. Inside, heading right leads to a room with a staircase. A cabinet straight ahead in this room contains a key that can be stolen. The manor also contains vendors and shop owners offering goods and services.
Check the cabinet in the staircase room for a key that can be useful in later quests.
Visit Alden's Provisioner's Shop just east of the manor for supplies, including a basic fishing rod.
