House Celeste is one of the noble factions operating in the world of Pywell. Like other houses and organizations throughout the continent, House Celeste controls certain territories and may provide quests to players who assist them.
The faction's territories have come under threat from invading forces, creating opportunities for Kliff to aid them through the game's liberation mechanics.
Root Hold
Root Hold, originally under the jurisdiction of House Celeste, was blockaded and placed under siege by the invading forces of Gwen Kra. This occupation represents the kind of territorial conflicts players will encounter throughout Pywell.
Once Gwen Kra's soldiers are defeated, Root Hold is liberated and returns to the control of its rightful faction, House Celeste. Enemy forces withdraw and the region becomes safe to travel once more.
Faction Relations
Assisting House Celeste by liberating their occupied territories builds a positive relationship with the faction. This can lead to additional quests, access to new merchants, and resources useful for the journey.
The rewards for helping factions like House Celeste contribute to character progression and the goal of rebuilding the Greymanes.
