How to Find
The cave entrance is located directly beneath the hill where Kilnden Workshop sits, in the Duskwood sub-area of Hernand. The Duskwood Waterside Ruins, which contain the checkers puzzle, are located nearby between the river and the workshop, so if you have already solved that puzzle you are very close to the cave.
Walk around the base of the hill rather than approaching from the top. The entrance faces away from the most common approach paths, which is part of what makes it easy to miss. Look for a section of the hillside where thick ivy covers the rock face. Behind the ivy you will find an iron jail sealing the cave entrance.
