Overview
Noivern is a Flying/Dragon-type Pokemon in Pokemon Pokopia, classified as the Sound Wave Pokemon (Dex #256). Although it has a violent disposition, if you give it a nice ripe fruit that it loves, Noivern will suddenly become tame. Noivern is the evolved form of Noibat in the main series. It carries two specialties: Fly and Search, making it a versatile partner for both fast travel and treasure hunting.

How to Befriend
Build the Rhythmic Living Room by placing two Speakers, four Music Mats, and one Television near each other. Noivern is a Rare visitor, so patience is required. Noibat will likely appear first as a Common spawn. Keep checking back, and Noivern should eventually show up. Walk up and interact with it to befriend it.
Specialties
Fly
Noivern has the Fly specialty. If you speak to a Pokemon with the Fly specialty while using the Pokedex to search for another Pokemon, the Fly Pokemon can take you directly to that Pokemon's location. This makes Noivern an excellent exploration companion for quickly locating specific Pokemon across your island.
Search
Noivern also has the Search specialty. If you hold the Dowsing Machine and press the A button while walking with a Pokemon that has the Search specialty, you will start looking for buried items. The Dowsing Machine highlights hidden treasures underground, and Search-specialty Pokemon increase the detection range and frequency of finds. This makes Noivern a handy companion for treasure hunting.

Related Pokemon
Noivern is the evolved form of Noibat (Dex #255) in the main Pokemon series. In Pokopia, there is no evolution mechanic, so each must be found at its own habitat independently. Both share the Rhythmic Living Room habitat (#160), where Noibat is Common and Noivern is Rare.
