Overview
Grilled Vegetables is a basic recovery item in Crimson Desert. Unlike most grilled foods that restore health, Grilled Vegetables restore spirit, the resource used for activating combat abilities and special skills. The in-game description reads: "Vegetables have been cut into small pieces and grilled over a fire. The smoky aroma enhances their natural sweetness, making it a light and refreshing dish to enjoy."
Because spirit is consumed by combat abilities and skills, Grilled Vegetables fill a different niche than meat and fish dishes. Players who rely heavily on ability-based combat (particularly spellcasters and players using the Hand Cannon's special attacks) will find spirit-restoring food more useful than raw health recovery.

Grilled Vegetables provides modest spirit restoration with no health or resistance bonuses. It is a Modest-tier provision. The spirit restoration is small, but the recipe requires only a single common ingredient, making it easy to produce in bulk for situations where you expect to burn through spirit quickly.
How to Craft
Cook Grilled Vegetables at any Cooking Field Tool found at campsites and bonfires in the open world. No recipe scroll is required; this dish is available by default.
Onions can be grown at the Greymane Camp farm plots or purchased from food merchants in most settlements. Camp farming provides a reliable, self-sustaining supply of onions without needing to spend gold.
Tips
Pair Grilled Vegetables with Grilled Meat to cover both health and spirit recovery in a single inventory loadout.
If you use the Hand Cannon or ability-heavy builds, stock up on spirit food before dungeon runs.
Onions are one of the most versatile cooking ingredients. Save some for Battered Meat and Fish, which also requires onions.
