Overview
Grilled Meat and Fish is a recovery item in Crimson Desert that combines meat and fish into a substantial grilled dish at a cooking tool. It restores 120 health and grants a temporary Fire Resistance buff, making it a solid upgrade over basic single-ingredient grilled items. This is one of the simplest Field Grill recipes, requiring just two ingredients.
Field Grill recipes are cooked at a Cooking Tool (a fire with a grill attachment) rather than a standard bonfire. Cooking tools are found at the Greymane Camp, in settlements, and at certain campsites throughout Pywel.

The Fire Resistance Lv 2 buff lasts 30 seconds and reduces fire damage taken. This makes Grilled Meat and Fish useful before fights involving fire-based enemies and attacks.
Ingredient Details
Meat includes any raw meat type: Tough Meat, Lean Meat, Fine Meat, Tender Meat, or Marbled Meat. All meat types produce the same result. Use the cheapest available option.
Small Fish is any small fish caught through the fishing life skill. These are the most common catch from rivers and ponds throughout Pywel.
Tips
This is one of the best early-game Field Grill recipes because it only needs two common ingredients and provides good healing plus fire resistance.
Combine your surplus small fish with cheap raw meat from the butcher for a steady supply of +120 HP food.
For encounters with fire-breathing enemies or fire traps, eat Grilled Meat and Fish right before the fight starts to benefit from the 30-second resistance window.
If you have more ingredients, consider upgrading to Braised Ribs or Fishball Soup for much higher health restoration.
