Overview
Lean Meat provides a light and clean flavor with very little fat. It tastes great simply grilled, but spices elevate its delicate aroma. In Crimson Desert, Lean Meat is a common cooking ingredient obtained from butcheries or by hunting small animals.

Hunting: Lean Meat is harvested from skinning small animals in the open world.
The Hernand meat vendor restocks her inventory every night at midnight (in-game time).
Cooking
Like all raw meat types, Lean Meat produces Grilled Meat when cooked at a bonfire or cooking station, restoring 80 Health. Meat quality does not affect the resulting Grilled Meat; all types produce an identical result.
Pet Feeding
Lean Meat can be fed to dogs to build trust. Like Tough Meat and other red meats, feeding it to a dog grants +35 Trust per feeding. Dogs are not picky about which cut of red meat they receive.
Tips
Lean Meat sells for 6 copper coins compared to Tough Meat's 4, but both produce the same Grilled Meat. Use Tough Meat for cooking and sell Lean Meat if you need extra coins.
The Hernand vendor stocks 10 Lean Meat daily, providing a steady supply for both cooking and pet feeding.
All standard red meats (Tough, Lean, Fine, Tender, Marbled) are interchangeable for dog feeding, so use whichever you have most of.
