Overview
Tender Meat is a gatherable cooking ingredient in Crimson Desert. Its in-game description reads: "Offers a delicate texture and juicy finish that dissolves softly. Complements any special occasion or grand feast." Tender Meat is one of the higher-quality raw meats available, sitting above Fine Meat in the meat tier hierarchy. However, like all raw meats, it produces the same result as cheaper alternatives when used in standard cooking recipes.

How to Obtain
Tender Meat can be acquired through two methods:
Butchery vendors: Purchase Tender Meat from butcheries in towns like Hernand Town. The meat vendor restocks every night at 0:00 in-game time.
Skinning cows: Tender Meat is primarily obtained by skinning cows. Cows can be found grazing in farmland and pastures across Pywel. Approach a cow carcass after killing it and interact to harvest the meat.
Because Tender Meat costs more from vendors than lower-tier meats, it is generally more economical to buy Tough Meat or Lean Meat for cooking purposes.
Uses
Cooking
Tender Meat can substitute for any raw meat in cooking recipes. It works at both the Field Grill and Field Pot. Recipes that accept Tender Meat include Grilled Meat (1 Meat), Clear Soup (1 Meat + 1 Lentils + 1 Water), Hearty Grilled Meat (10 Meat), Meat Soup (4 Meat + 1 Grain + 1 Salt + 3 Water), and many others. The quality of the meat does not change the output dish or its stats.
Pet Feeding
Like other raw meats, Tender Meat can be dropped on the ground near a pet dog to gain +35 Trust per feeding. Cats will not accept standard red meat and require Bird Meat, fish, or milk instead.
Tips
Since meat quality has no effect on cooked dishes, avoid buying Tender Meat for cooking. Save your silver and buy the cheapest available option from the butchery.
If you happen to collect Tender Meat from cows while exploring, use it for pet feeding rather than cooking to get the most value out of it.
Cows are slower and easier to hunt than deer or goats, making them a reliable source if you are already in a farming area.
