Overview
Dragonair is a Dragon-type Pokemon in Pokemon Pokopia, classified as the Dragon Pokemon (Dex #222). They say that if it emits an aura from its whole body, the weather will begin to change instantly. Dragonair is the middle stage of the Dragon evolution line, between Dratini and Dragonite. It carries the Water specialty, sharing this trait with its pre-evolution Dratini.
Habitat
Dragonair can be found at two habitats.
Hydrated Fluffy Flower Bed (#144)
Water can't diminish the gentle aroma wafting from these skyland flowers.
Item | Quantity | Notes |
|---|---|---|
Skyland Flowers | 4 | Floral decoration from Sparkling Skylands |
Water | 2 | Water source or feature |
Dragonair is a Very Rare visitor at the Hydrated Fluffy Flower Bed. It is available during all times of day (Morning, Day, Evening, Night) and in all weather conditions (Sunny, Cloudy, Rainy). This habitat also attracts Dratini (Common) and Poliwhirl (Rare).
Simple Bathroom (#148)
An ordinary bathroom. Pokemon might stop by to wash themselves.
Item | Quantity | Notes |
|---|---|---|
Shower | 1 | Bathroom fixture |
Bathtub | 1 | Bathroom fixture |
Dragonair is a Rare visitor at the Simple Bathroom. It is available during all times of day and in all weather conditions. This habitat also attracts Dratini (Common).
How to Befriend
The Simple Bathroom is the better option for befriending Dragonair since it appears there as Rare rather than Very Rare at the Hydrated Fluffy Flower Bed. Place a Shower and a Bathtub near each other to build this habitat. Dragonair may take longer to show up compared to Common visitors, so check back frequently. Walk up and interact with it when it appears to befriend it.
Specialties
Water
Dragonair has the Water specialty. Pokemon with the Water specialty can water plants, fill water containers, and tend to water-related features. Like its pre-evolution Dratini, Dragonair is an effective gardening partner that can keep your crops and flowers hydrated.

Evolution Family
Dragonair is the middle stage of a three-member evolution family. In the main Pokemon series, Dratini (Dex #221) evolves into Dragonair at level 30, and Dragonair evolves into Dragonite (Dex #223) at level 55. In Pokopia, there is no evolution mechanic, so each member must be found at its own habitat. Both Dratini and Dragonair share the Hydrated Fluffy Flower Bed and Simple Bathroom habitats, though Dragonair is rarer at both locations. Dragonite has its own habitat at the Waterside Dinghy.
Tips
The Simple Bathroom offers better odds for finding Dragonair (Rare) compared to the Hydrated Fluffy Flower Bed (Very Rare). Prioritize the Simple Bathroom if Dragonair is your target.
Both Dratini and Dragonair share the same habitats, so building either one gives you a chance at both members of this Dragon line.
Dragonair's Water specialty is identical to Dratini's. If you already have a Dratini for watering, Dragonair is a backup or can be stationed in a different part of your island.
Despite its tall height of 13'1", Dragonair fits comfortably in the Simple Bathroom habitat. Do not let its size discourage you from building this compact habitat.
