Overview
"Create Trash Collection Site" is a request in Pokemon Pokopia, given by Piplup in Bleak Beach. Piplup asks you to build a Trash Collection Site habitat to attract Trubbish. Once Trubbish arrives, it can convert Nonburnable Garbage into Iron Ore, which is one of the most important crafting materials in the game. Completing this request also unlocks the Shower recipe.

Walkthrough
Step 1: Collect Nonburnable Rubbish
Look around Bleak Beach for trash, empty drink cans, and other debris scattered on the ground. Pick these up to collect Nonburnable Rubbish. The first time you collect Nonburnable Rubbish, the Garbage Bags recipe is automatically added to your crafting list.
Step 2: Craft Garbage Bags
Head to any workbench and craft Garbage Bags using the Nonburnable Rubbish you gathered.
Step 3: Find the Waste Bin and Sign
Go to the workbench in front of the Pokemon Center in Bleak Beach. Directly in front of you against the wall, you will find a Waste Bin and a Sign already placed. These can be picked up and repositioned if needed.
Step 4: Assemble the Trash Collection Site
Position the Waste Bin, Garbage Bags, and Sign next to each other to create the Trash Collection Site habitat (#063). Look for a sparkle effect to confirm the habitat is properly assembled. Trubbish will arrive shortly after the habitat is complete.
Step 5: Use Trubbish's Recycle Specialty
Once Trubbish has moved in, give it Nonburnable Garbage. Trubbish uses its Recycle specialty to convert garbage into Iron Ore, which is essential for crafting metal tools, furniture, and construction materials.
Rewards
Trubbish: Trubbish permanently joins your area and can convert Nonburnable Garbage into Iron Ore using its Recycle specialty.
Shower recipe: Unlocks the Shower recipe, which is used for the Hot Spring Shower habitat and other water-related projects.
Tips
Trubbish's Recycle specialty is one of the most valuable in the game. Iron Ore is required in large quantities for the Pokemon Center reconstruction and advanced crafting recipes. Stock up on Nonburnable Garbage whenever you find it.
The Trash Collection Site habitat also attracts Garbodor, Koffing, and other Poison-type Pokemon. Building multiple sites can help fill out your Pokedex.
Empty drink cans and debris respawn periodically around Bleak Beach, so you can return to collect more Nonburnable Rubbish over time.
