Overview
"Light the Lamp" is a request in Pokemon Pokopia, given by Trubbish in Bleak Beach. Trubbish wants some light near its area and asks you to find a Pokemon that can power the Harbor Streetlight. This request introduces the Generate specialty, which allows Electric-type Pokemon to temporarily power electrical devices. Completing this task also unlocks the Breezy Flower Bed habitat hint.

Walkthrough
Step 1: Build the Breezy Flower Bed Habitat
To attract Pawmi, you need to build the Breezy Flower Bed habitat. This requires 4 Seashore Flowers. Seashore Flowers grow near the coastline in Bleak Beach. Gather them using Rototiller and arrange them in a cluster to form the habitat. A sparkle confirms the habitat is correctly assembled.
Step 2: Wait for Pawmi
Pawmi will arrive at the Breezy Flower Bed habitat within a few minutes. You can set up a Security Camera aimed at the habitat to get a notification when Pawmi arrives.
Step 3: Have Pawmi Follow You
Befriend Pawmi and have it follow you. Pawmi has the Generate specialty, which lets it temporarily power electrical devices.
Step 4: Go to the Harbor Streetlight
Walk to the Harbor Streetlight near Trubbish's location with Pawmi following you. When you approach the streetlight, Pawmi will automatically use its Generate specialty to power it on. The streetlight will light up, completing Trubbish's request.
Rewards
Breezy Flower Bed hint: The Breezy Flower Bed habitat is now available in your Habitat Dex. This habitat attracts Pawmi and can also attract Mareep, giving you additional Electric-type helpers.
Tips
Electric-type Pokemon with the Generate specialty are essential throughout Bleak Beach. Befriending Pawmi early makes the Brighten Things Up Important Request much easier.
Mareep can also use the Breezy Flower Bed habitat, so you may end up with two Electric-type helpers from a single habitat.
The streetlight will lose power if you pick up Pawmi or move too far away. For permanent power, you will need to connect the streetlight to a generator using Utility Poles during the Brighten Things Up quest.
