How to Obtain
The Duskfang Leather Armor is found in the Whispering Grotto, a cave tucked behind a waterfall in the vicinity of Senia. Players need to locate the waterfall entrance near Senia and walk through it to access the grotto interior, where the armor can be collected. Waterside caves in Crimson Desert are accessible when they have a platform before their entrance, often marked by stacked stones outside.
This armor piece cannot currently be purchased from any known merchant. Crafting details have not yet been documented.
Usage Notes
The dual elemental resistances (Lightning and Fire at Lv.1 each) make the Duskfang Leather Armor a solid choice for areas or boss fights where both damage types are present.
The Food Effect +1 bonus increases the effectiveness of consumed food items, extending their duration or amplifying their stat boosts. This pairs well with high-quality Cooking recipes.
The 2% Climb Speed increase is a small but useful quality-of-life bonus for exploration, particularly in mountainous terrain or when scaling structures.
At DEF 12, this armor sits in the mid-range tier and works well as an all-purpose set during the early-to-mid chapters of the story.
Like all Armor pieces, the Duskfang Leather Armor supports up to 10 refinement levels at any blacksmith.
