Overview
The Crude Club is a one-handed blunt weapon in Crimson Desert. Unlike the hammers and maces in the one-handed weapons lineup, the Crude Club leans into speed rather than raw power. Its Attack Speed Lv. 1 bonus makes it the fastest blunt option among the early craftable weapons, appealing to players who want the stagger benefits of a blunt weapon without fully committing to the slower swing tempo of a full-sized hammer.

As its name suggests, the Crude Club is a simple weapon. It looks like something cobbled together from available materials rather than carefully forged at a smithy. That unrefined quality is reflected in its modest attack power of 10, but the speed bonus partially compensates by allowing more hits per window of opportunity.

The Attack Speed Lv. 1 bonus sets the Crude Club apart from other blunt weapons at this tier. Faster swings mean more chances to stagger and more consistent damage application against mobile enemies that slip away between slow hammer strikes.
How to Obtain
Crafting
The Crude Club can be forged at any blacksmith after unlocking the recipe from the One-Handed Weapons Volume 1 crafting book. This book is sold by Rhett at the Hernand Equipment Shop. Examine the book from your inventory to register the recipe.
Required materials:
Iron Ore x5
Copper Ore x2
The materials are the same as every other weapon unlocked by Volume 1. The decision between crafting a Crude Club, Balton Hammer, or Balton Mace is purely about which stat profile fits your playstyle.
Refinement
Refinement at a blacksmith increases the Crude Club's base attack power across ten levels. Early levels need only Silver and common ores, while higher levels require rarer materials. Even though the base attack is low, a fully refined Crude Club can hold its own through mid-game content thanks to its speed advantage.
Combat Tips
The speed bonus makes the Crude Club better suited for hit-and-run tactics than other blunt weapons. Land two or three quick hits, dodge away, and repeat
Against enemies with tight counterattack windows, the Crude Club's faster recovery between swings gives you more room to dodge than a heavy hammer would
The club still benefits from blunt weapon stagger. Rapid hits with stagger build-up can lock down enemies faster than you might expect from a weapon with only 10 attack power
If you outgrow the Crude Club's damage, consider the Melted Ambition for a weapon that combines higher attack power (17) with Attack Speed Lv. 2 and a special ability
