Tracker's Boots is the Rare feet piece of the Tracker's Leathers set in Windrose. It is crafted at the Armor and Clothing Workshop after unlocking the Plans: Tracker's Boots recipe.

Overview
Rarity: Rare
Slot: Feet
Set: Tracker's Leathers
Item Level: Base ilvl 1; scales to ilvl 11 through tier upgrades
In-Game Description
"Well-treated, thick leather can withstand even a crocodile's bite. Wearing it makes moving about feel safer."
Defense
Like all Rare and Uncommon armor, Tracker's Boots has three crafting tiers that set its base Defense. Each tier can be upgraded several more levels at the Upgrading Station using the same recipe materials.
Item Level | Defense | Craft Tier |
|---|---|---|
1 | 100 DEF | Base tier |
6 | 200 DEF | Second tier (upgraded recipe) |
11 | 300 DEF | Third tier (top recipe) |
Crafting
Requires the craft plan Plans: Tracker's Boots to be unlocked first. The plan is unlocked through progression with the Rogue Buccaneers faction at higher Reputation Ranks beyond the torso and legs plans that open at Rank 2.
Item Level | Station | Materials |
|---|---|---|
1 | 2 Rough Hide, 2 Coarse Fabric | |
6 | 2 Tanned Leather, 2 Linen Fabric, 1 Master's Tools | |
11 |
Each tier unlocks a new workshop attachment: the Shoemaker's Bench at ilvl 6 and the Material Rack at ilvl 11. Both attach to the Armor and Clothing Workshop and require its Bonfire coverage to function.
Set Bonuses
Tracker's Boots counts toward the Tracker's Leathers 5-piece set. Set bonuses apply globally once the stated number of pieces are equipped at the same time.
Pieces | Bonus |
|---|---|
2-piece | Increases effectiveness of all healing by 35%. |
4-piece | Increases Damage Resistance by 15%. |
Set Pieces
All five pieces of the set, for mixing and matching toward the 2-piece and 4-piece bonuses:
Piece | Slot |
|---|---|
Head | |
Chest | |
Hands | |
Legs | |
Feet |
Bonuses are shared across the whole set, so they are identical no matter which piece you read: the two-piece increases effectiveness of all healing by 35%, and the four-piece increases Damage Resistance by 15%. See Tracker's Leathers for the full set overview.
Flavor Text
"Crocodiles are scary, naturally. People, however, are scarier."
Notes
Boots are one of the two ilvl-scaling feet slots (along with the other sets' boots) and share material costs with the Gloves tier.
Counts as one piece toward the Tracker's Leathers 2-piece and 4-piece bonuses: pairing it with a second piece from the same set is usually the minimum to get value out of the plan.
The Tracker's Leathers set leans toward survivability and sustain: the 2-piece healing boost and 4-piece Damage Resistance reward staying in melee, which pairs well with high Vitality builds. The boots share their feet slot with the other sets, so swapping them in for the healing bonus is a common mix.
Materials come from leather and fabric lines: Rough Hide and Coarse Fabric for the base tier, then Tanned Leather, Crocodile Hide Piece, and Tarred Fabric at higher tiers. Stock up on these before committing to the upgrade path.

Tracker's Boots is a crafted item and does not drop from chests or enemies. The only way to obtain it is to craft it once the plan is unlocked, then upgrade it through its tiers. Disassembling it returns part of its base materials. See Tracker's Leathers for the full set and its other pieces.
