Flibustier's Gloves is the Rare hands piece of the Flibustier's Attire set in Windrose. It is crafted at the Armor and Clothing Workshop after unlocking the Plans: Flibustier's Gloves recipe. Flibustier's Attire is the game's Leather set, tuned for Agility and one-handed melee fighters who rely on speed over raw protection.

Overview
Rarity: Rare
Slot: Hands
Set: Flibustier's Attire
Item Level: Base ilvl 1; scales to ilvl 11 through tier upgrades
In-Game Description
"This outfit, sewn from coarse fabric, isn't about protection. It's about speed. It allows swift movement and easy use of the blade."
Defense
Like all Rare and Uncommon armor, Flibustier's Gloves has three crafting tiers that set its base Defense. Each tier can be upgraded several more levels at the Upgrading Station using the same recipe materials.
Item Level | Defense | Craft Tier |
|---|---|---|
1 | 100 DEF | Base tier |
6 | 200 DEF | Second tier (upgraded recipe) |
11 | 300 DEF | Third tier (top recipe) |
Crafting
Requires the craft plan Plans: Flibustier's Gloves to be unlocked first. The plan is unlocked through progression with the Rogue Buccaneers faction at higher Reputation Ranks beyond the torso and legs plans that open at Rank 2.
Item Level | Station | Materials |
|---|---|---|
1 | 2 Rough Hide, 2 Coarse Fabric | |
6 | 2 Tanned Leather, 2 Linen Fabric, 1 Master's Tools | |
11 |
Each tier unlocks a new workshop attachment: the Shoemaker's Bench at ilvl 6 and the Material Rack at ilvl 11. Both attach to the Armor and Clothing Workshop and require its Bonfire coverage to function.
Set Bonuses
Flibustier's Gloves counts toward the Flibustier's Attire 5-piece set. Set bonuses apply globally once the stated number of pieces are equipped at the same time.
Pieces | Bonus |
|---|---|
2-piece | Attacks consume 20% less Stamina. |
4-piece | Increases one-handed weapon Damage by 15%. |
Set Pieces
Flibustier's Attire is a five-slot set. Equipping any two pieces activates the 2-piece bonus and any four activates the 4-piece bonus, so the gloves are most often paired with the jacket and one more piece to reach the stamina and damage breakpoints.

All five plans are sold by the Rogue Buccaneers Provisioner once you raise reputation with that faction. The set's full 2-piece and 4-piece bonuses are listed on the Flibustier's Attire overview.
Build Notes
The 4-piece bonus, +15% one-handed weapon Damage, makes this the default body armor for Saber and Rapier fencers. Pairing the gloves with three more Flibustier pieces is the cheapest way to reach that breakpoint.
Because the set is leather, every tier upgrades through hides and fabric rather than ingots. Stockpile Tanned Leather and Linen Fabric before chasing the ilvl 6 recipe, and Crocodile Hide Piece plus Tarred Fabric for the ilvl 11 top tier.
Gloves weigh 1.0 and disassemble back into their first-tier mats, so an early craft is low risk: salvage it later for the Rough Hide and Coarse Fabric if you switch sets.
Flavor Text
"Armor is for cowards. Your best protection is a blade that pierces the enemy's heart."
Notes
Gloves are the cheapest piece in the set by material cost, making them a useful first craft once you unlock the plan.
Counts as one piece toward the Flibustier's Attire 2-piece and 4-piece bonuses: pairing it with a second piece from the same set is usually the minimum to get value out of the plan.
