Pokemetal Fragment is a rare ore material in Pokemon Pokopia that can be smelted into Pokemetal at a furnace. It is rarer than standard ores and is found in specific mining locations. Pokemetal is required for advanced crafting recipes, the 3D Printer, and some legendary-related items.

Pokemetal ore blocks have a distinctive metallic sheen on dark rock. Standard Rock Smash cannot break these blocks; you must eat Hamburger Steak to power up Rock Smash before mining. Sparkling Skylands has the highest concentration, with deposits near the Pokemon Center island waterfall, Tinkmaster's island cave, and the east island underground base.
